Additional Training

Over the past 20 years I have accumulated thousands of hours of study and practical application in nutrition, physiology, exercise therapy and natural medicine. My background in martial arts has had a significant impact on my understanding of the body and my approach to wellness.

Philosophy

Modern science tells us that our health is the result of two things, genetics and lifestyle. Lifestyle is what we eat, what we drink, what we breath, how we think and how we move. Modern life places unique stresses on our bodies that are often the determinant factors in our health or dis-ease. My work is to uncover the factors that are placing the greatest stress on the client’s body and educating that client in lifestyle changes to improve health and balance.
