When coming from the north on Cedar Ave. or 35E, take the Cliff Road exit to the right and go west to Portland Ave. This street only goes to the left and is just after you crest the hill and start going down into the river valley. Turn left on Portland and then at the top of the hill you’ll find Minnesota Valley Town Offices are on the right. Our unit, 11970, is farthest to the north.
